Stapzwan is a beer brewery which is focused on brewing craftbeers with a twist.
The ideas for recipes originate at the St. Andreas monastery in the centre of Utrecht. These are then brewed and refined at the brewlaboratory in Bilthoven.
As soon as the brewers deem the recipe fit it will be brewed in large batches and sold in the market.
